Floral Bag with Texture Magic for Sale on ETSY

Many of you have admired the handbag I made with Texture Magic. It is a bright colored floral on a black background. It measures 11 x 12 x 6 and has 4 deep pockets on the outside and a nice shoulder strap. I have decided to sell them and have them listed on Etsy. go to http://www.sandyssewon.etsy.com/ and you will see my bag. I plan to add more items later. Let me know what you would like. If you would like to make your own, let me know that, also, and I will make up a kit for you. It is a fun bag to carry and fun to make. I will post the price for the kit later.

Thimbleberries Tote Bag

I also made a tote bag out of a panel that Lynette selected!

Feeling Patriotic Pattern

This fun project would work well in a class. Students could learn a couple of different stitching techniques along with how to use decorative thread, Razzle Dazzle, in a bobbin to make the "stars." Includes assembly of texturized pieces and completing the project. Three different styles to choose from!

Texture Magic and Thimbleberries

Lynnette Jensen, designer at Thimbleberries asked me to use Texture Magic with some of her fabrics. We were all delighted with the results. I made a pillow out of one of her "In Full Bloom" flower panels.

DeAnn's Applique Wall Hanging

DeAnn of DeAnn's Country Village in Litchfield designed a wallhanging that uses texturized fabric for applique. Notice the flower petals, leaves, and chick! Very creative!

Easter Egg Table Runner

This bright table runner is a great way to get started with Texture Magic in small pieces. Each egg can be decorated using different thread, stitches, and trims. Just the thing we need to brighten these gray days as our snow melts and we move into spring. Make a couple of these for friends and one for yourself.

Texture Magic is Creating Excitement Everywhere

I am having such a blast creating samples using Thimbleberries fabrics for their Open House this weekend. I have finished a tote and am working on a pillow and a casserole cover. When I stopped in to the Thimbleberries studio this morning and was showing off the tote, I actually helped a customer decide how they were going to use a piece of favorite Thimbleberries fabric with Texture Magic. I need to go finish my last 2 samples so that they can make kits. I am having a blast. Pictures later!
